Stephanie has eighteen years of experience working with learners across multi-populations. She has spent the last eleven years working closely with the Special Education population, students with disabilities (cognitive and physical); serving in the roles of academic instruction and leadership.  Mrs. McManus holds several degrees including a Master of Education, Curriculum and Instruction. 

In partnership with her husband, Mrs. McManus is the co-owner of D’Ambiance Barber Salon, located in the business district of downtown Wilmington, De.  Where together they have maintained and served the community for the past sixteen years, providing barbering and grooming services.

Mrs. McManus is the wife of DaShawn McManus, Sr and the mother to son Domonique and daughters Kameron and DaShawn Jr.  In her leisure time she enjoys spending time with family, watching all versions of Law and Order, traveling and trying new foods.

Mrs. McManus believes in educating the whole learner, building and maintaining relationships, community partnership and fidelity in business.
